All dimensions, measured in cm, have been taken considering the most extreme points of the items. Biosa Made in Italy items and those specified in leather are top quality and worked according to tradition, any small imperfections, veins and chiaroscuro effects are to be considered characteristics of the natural material and therefore constitute its value. For cleaning we suggest a simple soft cloth with a specific moisturizing product for leather.

In order to make a correct purchase it is always best to check online. Biosa Borse will provide for all your doubts and improve the product description on the site.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered by warranty according to the relevant company policy for any defect or fault inherent to the product itself, to be reported immediately and within 8 days of discovery. The warranty terms applied are those provided by the manufacturer. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery.

In the event that the Customer finds that the goods are damaged, or do not conform to the quantities ordered, he/she must report it to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reservation as well as inform Biosa Borse within 2 days of receiving the shipment. In this case, Biosa Borse will provide (having verified that the Product/s subject to Withdrawal is/are intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts - including packaging and accessory documentation) for the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods and in accordance with the Purchase Order placed.
