Upon delivery, the buyer is required to check that the number of packages corresponds to that shown on the transport document and that the external packaging of the product (including sealing materials) is intact, not damaged, wet or altered in any way. In the event that the check reveals that packages or indications are missing or that the packaging or the products contained therein are damaged, the buyer is required to contest them immediately by placing a Written Control Reserve on the courier's delivery document. Please remember that, once the delivery document has been signed, it will no longer be possible to contest the external conditions of the product.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to monitor the progress of each of your orders in transit. In the event of any delays in shipping, you will be contacted by customer service.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

If the item is not available in our warehouses, you will receive an email with the notification of the waiting days. From the moment of shipment, the handling times depend on the courier and the customs of your country. Through the tracking number sent at the time of shipment, you can check the progress of the package at any time on the official website of the courier used.

For deliveries to islands and remote locations , delivery times may be subject to delays due to the logistics imposed by the couriers .

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Costs for SHIPPING IN ITALY amount to €7, with EXPRESS shipping (delivery in 24/48 hours) and Gls courier.

Shipping costs outside of Italy vary depending on the location of the country.

WHERE IS YOUR PACKAGE?

  • Through your account: Log in to your account on Biosa Borse, go to the “My orders” section, select “View order” and click on “Track your order ” (top right of the order description) to be able to access directly the website of our partner courier where you will see the current status of the delivery.
  • Via the Shipping Confirmation email: in the shipping confirmation email you can check the delivery status of your order by clicking on the link after the sentence: "To find out where your package is, click on the following link".
  • If the courier does not find you at home, he will leave you a notice and you will be able to collect your package at the address you will find on the notice (cash on delivery is excluded from this option).
