PREPARE THE PACKAGE AND PACK THE ITEMS
- Insert the packaged product, close the package and make sure it is properly sealed. The return shipping is at the customer's expense.
GET A REFUND
- After we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund for the returned items. For more information, read our terms and conditions.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have 30 days from the delivery date following our returns and refunds policy.
The product must not have been used, must not be damaged or dirty. It must also be returned in its original case and packaging.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS?
REFUND FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
- The refund will be made within 10 days of receiving the package.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and refund.
- The (full) amount of the returned items will be automatically credited to the account corresponding to the card used.
- The time it takes for the funds to reach your account may vary depending on your bank.
REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES WITH PAYPAL
- The refund will be made within 10 days from the moment we receive the package. You will receive an email with the confirmation of the receipt of the package and the refund.
- The amount of the returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.
The refund does not include shipping and/or cash on delivery costs.
